Description

District users of the FMIS helpdesk may receive an error when trying to login to the new FreshService helpdesk system. Error screen will look like the following:

Pick an account

Selected user account does not exist in tenant "Contra Costa County Office of Education"




Issue Cause

User clicked the "COE Employee Login" button instead of the "District User Login" link on the support.cccoe.net homepage.


Issue Solution

Click the "District User Login" link at the top of the https://support.cccoe.net page to be directed to the district login page of https://support.cccoe.net/login/normal. The correct button is boxed in red below.
